Rules & Regulations
Customers are required to settle the payment within 1 hour once they purchase the package. Otherwise, the booking would be released. HK$500 deposit would be collected during the payment. The amount of deposit may be deducted accordingly when the item(s) is/are damaged. Otherwise, it would be fully returned. Cancellations or reschedules are allowed without extra charge under inclement weather condition (i.e. rainstorm and typhoon). Collected payment and deposit would not be refunded if customers cancel reservation or no show without advanced notice. In case of disputes, Pic N Pic reserves the right to make final decision.

Offering point to point delivery, but mainly the park or location we had suggested through website (by our own cars) We can also provide delivery service based on customer preference (the location we didn’t mention through website, we are going to charge extra $50 for shipping fee)
